HOURS OF OPERATION: WED 10 AM - 5 PM, THURS 11 AM - 7 PM, FRI 10 AM - 5 PM, SAT 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

CARD ON FILE: You will be asked at the time of booking for a credit card to be held on file. 

FORM OF PAYMENT: Card on file, debit/credit, Cash or Zelle - *All debit/credit card transaction fees are 2.59 % and will be added to the service total. If paying Cash or Zelle there are no service fees added to your service total*

GIFT CARDS & Packages: Are available for purchase on the last category on my booking page. Gift cards are non refundable. Packages available are for ‘Wash & Go’ services.

DEPOSITS: *Required for all services* You will be charged at the time of booking online, and this will be credited towards your total. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.. 

Deposits are ONLY transferable IF you are rescheduling within the 48 hour period and are looking to reschedule within the same month that your original appointment was scheduled for.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another month.

RESCHEDULING : You may reschedule prior to 48 hrs (2 days) of your scheduled appointment by reaching out via text/email/call ONLY.  

*Grace Period - If you will be late to our scheduled appointment please reach out via text/email/phone call ONLY. A 15 minute grace period is allowed after appointment time only.

If you arrive after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. A new deposit will be needed before being able to reschedule a new appointment. 

CANCELING : If you NO SHOW and DO NOT reach out via text/email/phone call to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour period (2 days before your scheduled appointment) and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will result in full payment and charged with the card on file for the scheduled service(s), you will be considered a “No Show”, and you will be banned from booking.

If you reach out OUTSIDE of the 48 hour period to cancel/reschedule, you will be charged a 50% of the service fee (your non refundable deposit is apart of this fee).

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent via email and text 72 hours (3 days) in advance of appointments to the contact information given at time of booking.

To avoid all cancellation fee’s you must cancel your appointment within the 48 hour mark (2 day period) from your scheduled appointment time and reschedule via text/email/phone call ONLY.

If you cancel your appointment and would not like to reschedule, your deposit is still NON REFUNDABLE.

*Please do not DM to cancel / change your appointment , our only source of cancelling or changing your appointment will be via email/text/phone call only.

HOW TO PREP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you made an appointment for a cut, please come detangled to your best ability - the consultation before the cut will include a thorough hair and scalp analysis *Consultation required for new color clients book your in person or virtual consultation online.

*For all hair cut appointments, please come in with your hair fully dry and detangled - loose or in a braid/two strand twists. Whichever keeps your hair detangled best.
*For all hair color services, please come with your hair fully dry and detangled. If you have an excess amount of product in your hair please have your hair washed, detangled, and fully dry for the appointment.
*For all wash & go’s, wash & blow out, wash & silk press appointments please come as is!

Please come with inspiration photos and recent photos of your hair when you style it.
